Would you like to offer a service in Baden-Württemberg? Do you want to know how to do this and what documents are required?
The single point of contact at the district office or city will help you. He is networked with various administrative offices and chambers and will guide you step by step through the individual administrative procedures. He is a partner for all procedures. You can also complete all procedures and submit documents online outside of Baden-Württemberg .However, you are not obliged to use the Single Point of Contact.

You
- come from Germany or a member state of the European Union and
- would like to take up an activity in Baden-Württemberg in accordance with the EU Services Directive or
- are already providing a service here, but still require authorisation to do so.

If you want to set up a company as a service provider in another EU country, the points of single contact in that EU country will support you. They will provide you with all the information about the procedures that need to be completed in order to carry out your specific activity. You can complete all the necessary formalities online.
