Using a common point of contact of the chamber of lawyers
Do you wish to provide a service in the state of Baden-Württemberg? Do you want to know the procedure and which documents are necessary?
The common point of contact will be of assistance to you. The unified common point of contact is networked with various administrative bodies and will take you through the individual administrative process step by step. It is a partner for all processes.
You can also carry out all processes outside of Baden-Württemberg and send documents. You are no longer required to attend various offices in different states.
You are not obliged to use the common points of contact.

The local chamber or city/state council which has assumed the role of common point of contact.

Prerequisite
You:
- come from Germany or a member state of the European Union and
- wish to commence activities in Baden-Württemberg in accordance with the EU Services Directive or
- are already providing services here but still require permits for this.
Procedure
The precise course of procedure depends on your service and the prescribed formalities. Please inform your common point of contact or use the electronic application procedure.

Should you wish to form a company in another EU country as a service provider, the common point of contact in this country will provide support. They can provide you with all information concerning the procedure, which must be completed so that you can carry out your specific activities. You can complete all necessary formalities online.
